East Coast Marine Rigging, is a Maryland based, full service rigging company. ECMR is owned and operated by Stephen Metzler, an avid sailor who is an experienced Marine Rigger with 25 years of professional rigging experience, over 30 years of sailing experience. We are conveniently located behind the Marina Office at Herrington Harbour North, where we primarily operate. Most of our work is completed within this marina, we also welcome transient boaters seeking rigging services and other vessel maintenance or repairs. The marina is home to a range of skilled contractors offering complementary services, including engine maintenance, painting, fiberglass work, welding, electronics, and carpentry.
